Processing & Shipping
Order Processing Time
Processing time varies by item and will be in the shop description. There are two types: Normal and Custom.
NORMAL
Items that are ready to ship in 2 to 4 business days.
CUSTOM
Production time required for this item, check the description for details.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays due to courier service.
Please be mindful that there could be a delay in shipping time due to the holidays and/or COVID-19 precautions in different areas.
DOMESTIC
Complimentary (free) shipping is offered to our United States customers through USPS Priority Mail. This typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once you first receive your code. If you have not received a tracking code after the specified processing time for your item, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL
We offer shipping through USPS (United States Postal Service) via First Class or Priority International mail to Canada, United Kingdom, and a few other countries.
If you are having trouble checking out, please contact us with your address and the item(s) you are looking at so we can accommodate you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact your local post office to open a claim regarding your package.
Customs, Taxes, & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs offices of that specific destination.
We are not responsible for payment of these charges and taxes, you as the recipient will need to cover these costs should they be incurred.
You are responsible for checking your local regulations, we cannot be held liable for items that cannot be accepted or extra charges.
